I was asked a lot about my Easter cheesecake recipe so here it is:

Crust (in the photo it is store bought but the crust recipe I have used in the past is:
1 cup pitted dates (let soak in water for 10 min until soft)
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
Combine in food processor until smooth (add water if needed to blend ingredients more)

Filling:
1 block fat free cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla Canadian protein
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup egg whites
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder

Preheat oven 350 degrees F
Beat all cheesecake filling ingredients together until smooth (don’t over beat)
Bake ~30 min
